Shreen Mahmoud, Esquire	Ms. Mahmoud joined the firm in 2002.  She represents individuals and corporations with the Internal Revenue Service and Virginia Department of Taxation in civil tax collection matters and tax court litigation.  Ms. Mahmoud also serves as Lead Counsel on firm’s corporate and individual chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Roanoke and complex litigation matters, including construction disputes, business torts, breach of contract claims, commercial landlord/tenant disputes.  Ms. Mahmoud represents clients extensively before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Western District of Virginia and the general district courts and circuit courts of Roanoke.
