Carolyn Camardo joined Harry Jernigan, III, CPA Attorney, P.C. in January of 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her Juris Doctor degree from the Washington & Lee University School of Law.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Camardo served as a law clerk to a bankruptcy judge in the Western District of Virginia, Harrisonburg Division. She has been practicing commercial and bankruptcy law in Hampton Roads for over two decades.
She represents debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees in various capacities including in trial and appellate courts.Her reported bankruptcy cases include: Budget Service Company and Allen Brunch v. Better Homes of Virginia, Inc.; Wal-Mart v. Tina Carpenter; Marcus v. Jefferies; and Kubota Tractor Corporation v. Strack. Her reported non-bankruptcy cases include Scinaldi v. Scinaldi.
